Yes, some may have a love-hate relationship with Valentine's Day, but it's my favorite, and not just because I love my sweetheart. I enjoy seeing all the pink at the stores and there are flowers and signs of Spring everywhere. Plus, recently I found out that St. Valentine is also the patron saint of the bees. Well, I couldn't ask for more. So, of course we have to celebrate the way we know best.... with a sale. All original paintings will be 15% off until Valentine's Day.
Many of my seeds have started to sprout and I'm getting ready to put some more in the soil-- lots of vegies and flowers.
Afterwards, I will be getting ready for a show in a gallery in Oklahoma. During Spring break, new prints will be available. I'm trying different papers and finding that happy median between high definition and that texture that I love so much.
I'm also ordering some clay and will make available some porcelain and ceramic pieces this summer. I can't tell you how thrilled I am to get back on that potter's wheel. I've been on the hunt for several classical-modern pieces to paint and haven't found them anywhere.... so, as I've been taught by my parents, I will have to make them myself.
