Roses & Rabbits in Winter

I’ve had so much adding to my collection of little gold frames. They are such gems. I’ve had a collection for a long while, some I meant to create paintings to make available for all of you, and some to scattered around the house. Sometimes they are a tiny surprised even to me when I stumble by one.

It’s wonderful to know that I am not the only one charmed by these miniature paintings. They are a challenge. Yesterday I was almost finished with one of them and I took a corner of a paper towel to push a tiny bit of painting and did not realize that the bottom of the paper towel was wiping off the entire bottom of the painting! Yikes!!! I do have to admit that I did like it the second time better than the first.

On the list of things to do this week:

  • paint more

  • make some more pots

  • test more glazes

  • continue to take apart the façade of the fireplace

  • start some seeds

I hope you have lots of things to look forward to this week as well.

Hugs,

Carolina
